1. Definitions

1.1 “Company” refers to Luxury Ride Club, the provider of luxury car rental services with chauffeur.

1.2 “Customer” refers to the individual or entity engaging the services of the Company.

1.3 “Vehicle” refers to the luxury car provided by the Company for rental, along with a professional chauffeur.

2. Rental Agreement

2.1 By engaging the services of the Company for luxury car rental with chauffeur, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein.

2.2 The rental agreement is formed between the Customer and the Company upon confirmation of the booking.

3. Booking and Payment

3.1 Reservations for luxury car rentals with chauffeur services must be made in advance through the Company’s designated channels, including the website, email or phone line.

3.2 Payment for the services must be made in full at the time of booking, using accepted forms of payment including major credit cards, electronic bank transfers, or other methods as specified by the Company.

3.3 Any additional charges incurred during the rental period, such as excess mileage and hours charges, will be billed to the Customer’s credit card on file.

3.4 Deposit in the amount of reservation sum will be hold at reservation and released after completion of the services.

3.5 The company refrains the right to charge the customer from the deposit amount for any excess services and caused damage.

4. Rental Period

4.1 The rental period commences at the scheduled pickup time and concludes upon reaching the designated drop-off location.

4.2 Any extension of the rental period must be requested in advance and is subject to availability and additional charges.

4.3 Hours in excess of the agreed period are subject to additional charges in accordance with the following rates:

• $400.00 per extra hour for Rolls Royce Cullinan.
• $300.00 per extra hour for Mercedes-Benz S 680 Maybach.
• $150.00 per extra hour for Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG.
• $100.00 per extra hour for Cadillac Escalade

4.4 Maximum extra period allowed per vehicle per reservation period is 4 hours.

5. Rental Milage

5.1 The rental milage commences at the scheduled pickup time and concludes upon reaching the designated drop-off location.

5.2 Any mileage in excess of the agreed distance is subject to additional charges.

5.2 Mileages in excess to the agreed distance are subject to additional charges in accordance with the following rates:

• $50.00 per extra mile for Rolls Royce Cullinan.
• $40.00 per extra mile for Mercedes-Benz S 680 Maybach.
• $30.00 per extra mile for Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG.
• $20.00 per extra mile for Cadillac Escalade

6. Chauffeur Services

6.1 The Company provides professional chauffeurs with all luxury car rentals to ensure safe, courteous, and reliable transportation for the Customer.

6.2 Chauffeurs are trained to uphold the highest standards of professionalism, discretion, and customer service.

6.3 Customers must treat chauffeurs with respect and refrain from engaging in any behaviour that may compromise their safety, dignity, or well-being.

7. Vehicle Usage and Responsibility

7.1 The Customer agrees to use the rented Vehicle solely for riding purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

7.2 Smoking, vaping, and consumption of alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited inside the Vehicle.

7.3 The Customer is responsible for any damage caused to the Vehicle during the rental period, including but not limited to stains, scratches, and interior damage. The company refrains the right to charge the customer for any damage caused to the vehicle based on the appraisal made by the appropriate professional service provider.

8. Insurance and Liability

8.1 The Company maintains comprehensive insurance coverage for all rental Vehicles and chauffeur services.

8.2 The Customer is responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings left in the Vehicle during the rental period.

8.3 The Company shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the Customer’s use of the rented Vehicle, except to the extent caused by the Company’s negligence.

9. Cancellation and Refunds

9.1 Cancellations made by the Customer more than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.

9.2 Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup time may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total rental cost.

9.3 Refunds for cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events are subject to the Company’s discretion.

10. Termination of Agreement

10.1 The Company reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement and reclaim the Vehicle at any time if the Customer violates any of the terms and conditions outlined herein.

10.2 In the event of termination, the Customer shall not be entitled to any refund or compensation for the unused portion of the rental period.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

11.1 This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Federal and State Laws of the State of California.

11.2 Any disputes arising out of or relating to this agreement shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of [Your Jurisdiction].

12. Amendments and Modifications

12.1 The Company reserves the right to amend or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

12.2 Amendments or modifications to the terms and conditions shall be effective immediately upon posting on the Company’s website or notification to the Customer.

13. Entire Agreement

13.1 This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Customer and the Company regarding the rental of luxury cars with chauffeur services and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
